Number of photos / videos 50 During the early ages of my Technogirlies website, I had a client asking for some custom photos. His likes were Asian style dresses made off satin. These so-called Cheongsams were hard to find these days. While the e-commerce was still in the early stage of development, it was not easy to get my hands on one. It took me quite a while to even find a place where I could buy one. As I was on a local market during these times, I recognized a market booth of a Vietnamese trader. He offered some traditional clothing and had, in one corner, a selection of Cheongsam dresses. I walked by a few times before I had the heart to ask for the long red one. Apparently, it was rather cheap and a real bargain in my eyes. The other dress I bought through a printed catalogue from a mail order business. When I pulled out the dresses, Nicollè reacted a little deranged. She was doubtful if that dresses would fit her well. As she saw the photos afterwards, she was amazed about that look. Gothic girl – Lina in black leather and PVC
68 During the golden times of techno and trance, I was very surprised Lina contacted me about modelling. A friend of ours made the contact, telling me she`s in the gothic scene. I did not know much about it, so I was curious what she will be like. When we first met before the shooting, a gothic girl stood in front of me. She was dressed all in black and had a strange black umbrella and other accessories with her. At the first moment, I was a little reserved on her look, it was too strange for that time then. When we were talking about the shooting and other things, I had the chance to look at her in detail. Behind the make-up and gothic dressing, there ware a very beautiful girl with an interesting mindset. For our shooting, I selected an old and abandoned street train workshop somewhere in the near of the river shore. The building itself and its surroundings were not used for a long while and looked wild and shabby. We entered it from the direction of the parking place nearby. Walking behind Lina was an enjoyment for me, she was already dressed in the black leather and PVC outfit we started the shooting with. I saw her walking and climbing in that tight leather pants, perfectly hugging her well-shaped body. As I knew it from other first-timers, the first photos are for warming-up and getting into the situation. Number of photos / videos 39 When you think about rave babes or technogirlies, what comes to your mind? The glamour model you see on pro photo websites or fashion advertising? Unlikely, you will think about the girl next door you`ve seen in the club at the last weekend. Same happened to me as I asked Elza to model for me. During that time I did run the website technogirlies.de. At a night out during the week, I almost stumble upon her when she was about to hit the dancefloor. She dressed in that red leather rave pants, big Swear plateau boots and a tight beige crop top. Vodka/RedBull always makes me brave, so after I had a few, I waited for the right moment to talk to her. At the first, she reacted very reserved, not saying yes or no, just listening. I talked her into a coffee date for the next days, to talk about it at a quieter place. She agreed to meet me, we exchanged mobile numbers and she left for the dancefloor again. Indeed, she was no top model and no eye-catcher. But she was a real rave babe, living this lifestyle even outside the clubs. On the next day, we met at a small coffee house, she was dressed in Buffalo boots and a non-shiny rave pants. After explaining everything, she agreed to model for me. At the next weekend, we met at a local park for our first few photos. Consequently, I asked her to bring the outfit she wore when we first met. The owner wasn`t around, the brown jacket was hanging lonely over the back of her chair. He just had his hands inside the jacket, as she returned surprisingly. She caught him, while he was following his passion. After a few moments of silence, she realized the situation. In fact, there wasn`t much to talk pretty about this situation. A few days passed, she still dressed this jacket at the office and nothing else happened. One day, he already thought about this thing was over, she heads on him when they left the company together. With a few harsh words, she told him to buy that jacket, as she wanted to buy a new one. The price was unreasonable high, but in the fear of being unmasked, he paid it and got the jacket in exchange.
